<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of displaying a static image with low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device equipped with a semiconductor display device capable of displaying a static image has a memory part mounted on a substrate that forms a pixel part. In a mounting method, the memory part is formed on the substrate that forms the pixel part, or a stick driver equipped with the memory part is used. Displaying a static image using image data stored in such a memory part enables the static image to be displayed just by inputting a simple control signal from outside the semiconductor display device, so as to provide the semiconductor display device capable of displaying a static image with low power consumption and the semiconductor device equipped with the semiconductor display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
