<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine allowing reduction of the total number of a mold for producing fuel tanks to be individually provided on a plurality of different models in consideration of respectively producing the plurality of different models. <P>SOLUTION: The construction machine comprises: a fuel tank 17 disposed adjacent to a hydraulic oil tank 16; an inner cover 22 that is disposed on a revolving superstructure 3 and regulates the hydraulic oil tank 16 and fuel tank 17; and an outer cover 7 for forming a circumferential wall of the revolving superstructure 3. The fuel tank 17 is constituted by a plastic member produced by joining together a first divided portion 17A and a second divided portion 17B. The first divided portion 17A is disposed close to the hydraulic oil tank 16 and the outer cover 7 and is formed in consistent form and size commonly used for a plurality of mini-shovels having different outer shapes of the revolving superstructure.
