<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating interior material with a heat-insulating base material arranged inside a closed space and also, a fastening hole, while keeping the interior airtight, as well as a method for manufacturing the heat-insulating interior material which is aimed at inhibiting locally developed creases etc. of a sheet material, with the fastening hole formed. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the heat-insulating interior material includes the following procedures: First, the heat-insulating base material 13 is arranged inside a closed space 14 surrounded by each air-impermeable sheet material 11 and 12, then a through hole 131 is formed in the base material 13, and the sheet material 11 is introduced into the hole 131 from one surface 13a side of the base material 13. Further, the sheet material 12 is allowed to find its way into the hole 131 from the other surface 13b side, then the sheet materials 11 and 12 are joined together inside the hole 131 to form a joint part 15, and a through hole 152 is formed by intentionally leaving at least the edge part 151 of the joint part 15 as it is so that the fastening hole 16 can be formed. After that, the base material 13 with the hole 131 formed is inserted between the sheet materials 11 and 12, then the sheet materials 11 and 12 are brought into surface contact with each other inside the hole 131. Finally, the parts of the sheet materials 11 and 12, which are brought into surface contact with each other, are jointed together into the joint part 15, and a joint part through hole is formed in the joint part 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
