<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell which can reduce film peeling and a manufacturing method for the thin film solar cell which can suppress the film peeling. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the thin film solar cell includes: a first photoelectric conversion layer forming step of laminating a first semiconductor film 3 on a substrate 1; and a second photoelectric conversion layer forming step of laminating a second semiconductor film 4 on the first semiconductor film 3, and an area where the second semiconductor film 4 is laminated is smaller than that where the first semiconductor film 3 is laminated. Moreover, the thin film solar cell includes a first photoelectric conversion layer 3 laminated on the substrate 1 and a second photoelectric conversion layer 4 laminated on the first photoelectric conversion layer 3, and the area of the second photoelectric conversion layer 4 is smaller than that of the first photoelectric conversion layer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
