<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the control factor of fuel NO<SB POS="POST">x</SB>generation on an expression, and to overview-study a factor for suppressing an NO<SB POS="POST">x</SB>generation amount from the viewpoint of combustion. <P>SOLUTION: A sintered layer temperature and a CO concentration and an O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration in combustion exhaust gas are calculated based on a combustion model including the material balance of O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, CO, C, and CaCO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>in at least a sintered layer 101, the heat balance of combustion gas, and the heat balance of the sintered layer 101 in combustion reaction including surface reaction 2C+O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>→2CO, C+CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>→2CO and CaCO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>→CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>+CaO of a powder coke particle, and gas reaction 2CO+O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>→2CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>in the sintered layer 101. Using, as input values, the calculated sintered layer temperature and CO concentration and O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration in combustion exhaust gas, CO concentration and O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration in a gas laminar film of the coke particle are calculated based on the combustion model, and the ratio CO/O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>value of CO concentration to O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration in the gas laminar film of the powder coke particle in a combustion process is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
