<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stitch line positioning structure for appropriately and easily positioning the positions of stitch lines in boundary parts, so as to allow the stitch lines over two combined members to be continuously arranged in the mutual boundary parts. <P>SOLUTION: A first engagement piece 10LP is sewed onto a certain position of the stitch line 11LS in the cover 10C of at least one combination member 10. A first engaged portion 14L to be engaged with the first engagement piece 10LP is arranged at a position close to the boundary part in the pad 10B of one combination member and also at a position corresponding to the stitch line 21LS of the corresponding other combination member 20.
