<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens system for eliminating trouble to occur when signal transmission by radio communication is performed between a lens device and a controller, and avoiding a controller uncontrollable state due to battery exhaustion. <P>SOLUTION: A lens system for allowing a lens controller 50 to remotely operate a lens device 16 (a drive unit 32) includes: cable I/Fs 54, 74 for performing cable communication between the drive unit 32 and the lens controller 50; radio I/Fs 56, 76 for performing radio communication between the drive unit 32 and the lens controller 50; CPUs 52, 72 for controlling signal transmission by the communication means of the cable communication or the radio communication; a battery 60 to be mounted on the lens controller 50; and a charging circuit 58 for charging the battery 60 by power to be supplied from a power supply circuit 78 of the drive unit 32 via the cable I/Fs 54, 74. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
