<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-static composition that does not generate migration-contamination, is not dependent on moisture, has an excellent fast acting property, does not cause deterioration of physical properties and maintains an excellent anti-static property. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-electrostatic composition includes a salt containing an anion having a fluoro group and a sulfonyl group, which is dispersed in a composition containing a polymer compound, a resin, and an elastomer or an adhesive resin, wherein the salt is dispersed in a dissolved state in an anti-static auxiliary selected from the group consisting of an alkoxide compound, a polyethylene glycol boric acid ester and an organic boron lithium complex of an aluminum chelate compound represented by general formula (1). (Wherein R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>are each independently a 1-8C linear or branched-chain lower alkyl group, a 3-6C alkenyl group an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group.
