<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing 3-phenyl pyrazolo [5,1-b] thiazole compound having antagonistic activity to a receptor of a releasing factor of adrenocorticotropic hormone with industrial advantages. <P>SOLUTION: The protected amino group substituted 3-phenyl pyrazolo [5, 1-b] thiazole compound is produced by reducing a nitroso group represented by formula (II), and modifying the obtained reduction product with the protected group of an amino group. In the formula, R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>represents a methoxy group, a cyano group, a cyclomethyl oxymethyl group, a methoxymethyl group or an ethoxymethyl group; and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>represents a methoxy group or a chlorine atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
