<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion of a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient ) heater to a tube without using a large number of springs which are conventionally needed to eliminate the need of a large number of springs which are needed conventionally, as a result, to improve mounting (assembling) property, and to reduce weight and a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A heating device 10 for a heat medium includes: the PTC heater in which an electrode plate 14 and an insulator are sequentially stacked at least on both faces of a PTC element 18 while holding it in-between, respectively; an entrance header part 21; an exit header part 22; and a tube 17 including a communication part 23 for communicating the entrance header part 21 with the exit header part 22; and a casing 11 for accommodating the PTC heater and the tube 17. Both faces of the PTC heater come into close contact with the surface of the communication part 23, and the PTC heater is held between the folded communication part 23 which is folded on the way in the length direction of the communication part 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
