<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil atomizer and an oil-atomizing method which can atomize oil without heating; and to provide an oil-diffusing pump using an oil atomizer. <P>SOLUTION: The oil atomizer S includes an oil sump tank 10, an ultrasonic vibrator 20, a vibrator-controlling device 30, an oil-feeding device 40, and an oil surface level-controlling device 50. The oil surface level-controlling device 50 detects an oil surface level and the temperature of the oil and then makes control, on the basis of the detection, to keep the oil surface level and the temperature of the oil in a prescribed range in which oil can be atomized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
