<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically refill water during a certain period from one flower change in a vase to another flower change in order to prevent flowers from dying from a lack of water. <P>SOLUTION: A hole large enough to allow water to pass therethrough easily is bored in a side surface of one end of a sealed cylindrical tube.
