<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion cosmetic device which has the minimum shape comparable to an eye blow pencil and allows to perform ion cosmetics without caring about the public gaze anywhere. <P>SOLUTION: The ion cosmetic device is provided as an integrated structure by using an extra-fine battery 3, arranging a cathode conductor 1 and an anode conductor 4 having a structure electrically accessible to a cathode and an anode of the battery 3 on a straight line leaving a space between them, and mechanically combining the cathode conductor 1 and the anode conductor 4 through an insulating structure object 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
