A proton exchange membrane, the preparation method and the use thereof are disclosed. The proton exchange membrane comprises fluorine-containing polymer membrane (2) having a microporous structure and ion exchange resin (1) in the micropores of the fluorine-containing polymer membrane (2), wherein groups having an ion exchange function are grafted in the micropores of the fluorine-containing polymer membrane (2) and bonded with the ion exchange resin (1) by hydrogen bond or, alternatively, groups having an ion exchange function are grafted in the micropores of the fluorine-containing polymer membrane (2) and modified by high valence metal ions which are bonded with the ion exchange resin (1) by electrostatic force.
