PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELL

摘要

Disclosed is a method for producing an induced pluripotent stem cell in a simple manner and with high efficiency without the need of inserting a cell reprogramming factor into the genome of the induced pluripotent stem cell. It is found that an induced pluripotent stem cell can be produced in a safe and simple manner and with high efficiency by preparing a cell having, introduced therein, DNA encoding a fusion protein comprising an extracellular secretion signal, a protease-recognizing sequence, a protein introduction domain and a cell reprogramming factor and introducing the fusion protein secreted from the prepared cell into a somatic cell.
