PURPOSE: A water purifier filter assembly equipped with a fluid controlling cap is provided to control the opening and closing process of an inlet and an outlet based on the combination of a filter cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A water purifier filter assembly(1) equipped with a fluid controlling cap includes an inlet(21) and an outlet(22). A head(2) includes an operating space. A through hole(31) is formed at a bracket(3) to be in connection with the operating space. The bracket is combined with the lower side of the head. An operating cap(4) opens and closes the inlet and the outlet. A filter cartridge(5) purifies water by being combined with the operating cap and controls the opening and the closing of the inlet and the outlet by elevating the operating cap.
