PURPOSE: A combined Japanese character input system is provided to input a Japanese character without needing the numeric input in a Qwerty type keyboard by reducing the input frequency to maximally three times and inputting the total Japanese character in the number of an alphabet. CONSTITUTION: A characteristic of Japanese is classified according to the shape association of a letter. The classified letters are arranged according to the shape association of the letter with keys of a Qwerty type keyboard. Number keys and symbols keys are arranged with keys without arranging the classified letter.
