PURPOSE: An inclined plate type precipitating apparatus is provided to implement a uniform distributing process with respect to the entire width of an inclined plate by forming water passing resistance protrusions at the upper side of the inclined plate. CONSTITUTION: An inclined plate type precipitating apparatus includes a precipitating section frame(10), an inclined precipitating module(20), and an overflow preventing plate. The precipitating section frame includes a raw water inlet and a treated water outlet and is composed of a bottom side(12) and a wall side(14). The inclined precipitating module is spaced apart from the bottom side of the precipitating section frame. The overflow preventing plate covers the entire upper side and both lateral sides of the inclined precipitating module.
