<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible hose assembly with a joint. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible hose assembly with the joint includes: a bellows tube 2 formed with an extension tube which has a prescribed length and is integrally formed on one side end part and a flange 22 interposed between the extension tube and the bellows tube 2; a coupling nut 5 which is coupled with the bellows tube 2 and is prevented from being detached by the flange 22; and a connection member 6 coupled with the bellows tube 2, is supported by the flange 22 and is screw-coupled with the coupling nut 5. A gap S1 is formed between the outer circumferential surface of an extension part 20 and the inner peripheral surface of the connection member 6, and gas leaked from the bellows tube 2 flows along the outer surface of the extension part 20 through the gap S1 and, thereafter, is discharged through a screw coupling part of the connection member 6 and the coupling nut 5. Since a travelling path of the gas is prolonged, the pressure and the temperature of the gas can be lowered to reduce the risk of gas explosion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
