<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which cells cultured in a hydrogel and/or on a gel of three-dimensional crosslinked body being a substrate for cell culture are recovered by easily dissolving the three-dimensional crosslinked body. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate for cell culture is a substrate for cell culture in which a three-dimensional crosslinked body composed of a water-soluble polymer solution, a water-soluble compound solution and a cell-adhesive protein is arranged on the surface of the substrate. The water-soluble polymer solution is mixed with the water-soluble compound solution and the cell-adhesive protein to form the three-dimensional crosslinked body and cells are cultured in the inside or on the surface of the three-dimensional crosslinked body. Further, after the culture, a compound containing a polyfunctional hydroxy group is added to the three-dimensional crosslinked body of cell culture in order to loosen a crosslinking structure, so that the three-dimensional crosslinked body is dissolved and cells from the substrate for cell culture are simply recovered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
