<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress missing of the data that should be transmitted to a mobile station without relying on a PDCP even if a re-establishment event of an RLC layer or a transfer event of data unit to an LTE occurs. <P>SOLUTION: An RNC300 includes an RLC reset detecting part 307 which detects a transmission impossible event in which transmission of data unit to a mobile station through a radio link control layer becomes impossible, a list acquiring part 309 which acquires a reception state list L1 capable of discriminating a reception undetermined data unit that has been transmitted from the RNC300 to the mobile station but its reception by the mobile station has not been determined, and a transmission control part 311 which selects the reception undetermined data unit based on the acquired reception state list L1, and transmits the selected reception undetermined data unit and such data unit as not have been transmitted to the mobile station, to the mobile station after completion of the transmission impossible event. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
