<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise tool for lower body training besides upper body training. <P>SOLUTION: Handles 5 and 7 are fixed at both ends 3C and 3D of an elongated elastic body 3, and a connection structure 31 is provided for connecting the handles 5 and 7. The connection structure 31 includes locked parts 33 and 35 provided at the handles 5 and 7, respectively, and a locking member 37 locking to the locked parts 33 and 35. The locking member 37 includes an operation part, and has a structure configured to be opened by releasing operation of the operation part and to be closed by connecting operation of the operation part. The locked parts 33 and 35 and the locking member 37 are configured such that when the locking member 37 is opened, the locking member 37 is allowed to lock to the locked parts 33 and 35, and when the locking member 37 is closed, the locking relationship between the locked parts 33 and 35 and the locking member 37 is not allowed to be released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
