<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition method which enables demolition works without installing a temporary scaffold and causing a damage on a wall of adjacent buildings when a building to be demolished is located in a place where spaces with the adjacent buildings is so tight that the temporary scaffold is impossible to be installed, and an air mat thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A inflatable, sac-like air mat 1 is prepared. The air mat 1 is inserted in a deflated condition into a space between a demolition building 24 and an adjacent building 25. Then the air mat 1 is inflated in order to fill the space with the adjacent building 25 and cover a part of a wall surface 31 of the adjacent building 25. The demolition works of a wall 28 of the building 24 are carried out in this condition. After a completion of the demolition works, the air mat 1 is deflated and moved to a next building demolition site in order to do similar works. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
