PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake shoe by which a tire is not locked by using a principle (Arago's disc) that as a magnet rotates, a non-magnetic material follows thereto and rotates, as a principle of an induction motor, because a conventional bicycle topples over as the front wheel is locked by braking, making the handle bar ineffective.
SOLUTION: A rotator (1) is made from a magnet (1d), and has the south pole (1a) and the north pole (1b) which are set back to back longitudinally. The rotator (1) is attached to a stator (4) via a bearing (3). As the rotator (1) is rotated, eddy current is generated in the stator (4) of copper-made non-magnetic material, slowing the rotation, and the power of the eddy current is also reduced as the rotation is slowed, thus preventing the front wheel from being locked with the brake shoe.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
