<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection screen that can obtain a photographic projected image because of having a light diffusion reflection that is suitable for projection and that is practically superior when a marker is written in or erased because a marker ink can favorably be erased, and to provide a whiteboard device with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The projection screen includes: a substrate 7; a matrix resin 9 formed on the substrate 7; and a plurality of spherical microparticles 8 that are included in the matrix resin 9 and whose top protrudes from the matrix resin 9.
