<p>The present invention relates to the use of thrombomodulin analogues for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of coagulopathy with hyperfibrinolysis, such as haemophilia disorders. These thrombomodulin analogues exhibit at therapeutically effective dosages an antifibrinolytic effect. Novel protein modifications together with methods for their identification are disclosed.</p>
