An air oxidation hair dye application system is disclosed, which comprises: a container; an air oxidation hair dye composition inside the container; and an applicator mounted on the container, wherein the applicator is in fluid communication with the inside of the container and is capable of receiving the air oxidation hair dye composition from the container, and wherein the applicator is in a form of a comb having comb teeth, wherein the comb projects from a base and has an internal manifold that receives the air oxidation hair dye composition from the container and a plurality of openings between adjacent comb teeth through which the air oxidation hair dye composition is dispensed from the applicator.
