PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing the ceiling board of a vehicle is provided to stand pressure in molding, since an implanted part is formed as a gentle and smooth curve. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the ceiling board of a vehicle is as follows. Short fibers(5) are implanted in an implanting chamber(4) and are dried in a drying chamber to complete first implanted fabric(7). Patterns are formed on the first implanted fabric by a pattern roller and second implanted fabric is completed. Non-woven fabric is dipped in synthetic resin liquid. A right amount of synthetic resin liquid is recovered by a compression roller and is then dried in a drying chamber to complete a back sheet. Hot melt adhesive is uniformly coated on the back sheet, and the second implanted fabric is bonded to the back sheet.
