<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sauce containing heat-sterilized fish egg that leaves an excellent granular feeling of fish eggs in a mouth, which sauce can be produced without using a special food-processing process. <P>SOLUTION: The sauce containing heat-sterilized fish egg contains agar; and the method of producing the same includes mixing a raw material of sauce with fish eggs and agar, and subsequently subjecting the resulting mixture to heat sterilization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
