<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish-gathering apparatus capable of effectively gathering or turning away fish while achieving low power consumption and low running cost. <P>SOLUTION: The fish-gathering apparatus 1 includes a mounting board 3, a plurality of light emitting elements 4 mounted on the mounting board 3, a power supply part 5 for distributing power to the plurality of light emitting elements 4, and a control part 6 for controlling the light emitting pattern of the plurality of light emitting elements 4. The fish-gathering apparatus 1 can effectively gather or turn away desired kinds of fish.
