<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency calibration fixing device and a frequency calibration fixing method for generating a fixed frequency to output it by calibration-fixing an adjustable external oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: A frequency calibration fixing device 20 comprises: a processing unit 24 for generating a frequency error value by comparing an oscillating frequency OSC with an accurate external clock signal ECLK, and generating a corresponding calibration signal CS based on the frequency error value; and a frequency adjustment unit 26 for generating a fixed voltage used to calibration-fix the oscillating frequency OSC to a prescribed frequency based on the calibration signal CS and the oscillating frequency OSC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
