<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which is easily opened and resealed in inspection since flat plate constituting pieces are overlapped with each other in the halfway position of a flat plate and adhesion only at an outer flap portion is performed. <P>SOLUTION: One flat plate and a pair of outer flap pieces connected to the one flat plate comprise bisected flat plate constituting pieces and bisected outer flap constituting pieces connected to the bisected flat plate constituting pieces. The respective flat plate constituting pieces are provided successively outside a pair of elevated surface plates through a pleat line, and the outer flap constituting pieces are stuck to inner flap pieces without adhering overlapped portions formed outside the respective flat plate constituting pieces and overlapped one above the other in the halfway position, when the packaging box is formed.
