<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatically and efficiently a congestion monitoring of a plant operation control and reduce considerably a burden of an operator by selecting automatically a timing monitoring object corresponding to a plant operation schedule and also monitoring automatically whether or not timing conditions are satisfied. <P>SOLUTION: A congestion monitoring device comprises: a timing monitoring condition table 2; a plant automation logic table 4; a plant schedule calculation part 3 which calculates a timing condition satisfaction schedule time and an allowable range schedule time of a timing monitoring object; a timing condition monitoring object table 6 which keeps the timing condition satisfaction schedule time and the allowable range schedule time; an automation logic judgement part 5 which writes a timing condition satisfaction actual time to the timing condition monitoring object table; a timing condition monitoring part 7 which determines whether or not the timing condition is satisfied within the allowable range schedule time; and a screen display part 8 which displays the timing monitoring objects for which the timing condition is not satisfied within the allowable range schedule time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
