PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous setting while facilitating setting work by grasping easily a position relation between a marking head and a workpiece.

SOLUTION: This laser beam machining device includes: a head including at least a laser beam oscillation part for generating a laser beam, and a laser beam scanning system for scanning in a working domain with the laser beam emitted from the laser beam oscillation part; a laser control part for controlling the laser beam oscillation part and the laser beam scanning system; a machining condition setting part for inputting a plurality of machining parameters as a machining condition in order to machine into a desired machining pattern; a machining image display part 83 capable of displaying three-dimensionally an image of a machining object surface following the machining condition set in the machining condition setting part; and a head image display means 84 capable of displaying an image of the head part of the laser beam machining device, when displaying three-dimensionally the image of the machining object surface in the machining image display part 83.
