<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable parking of a vehicle in a position and a direction to facilitate charging when a vehicle battery is charged by using a charging device. <P>SOLUTION: A parking method discrimination section 25 determines a parking direction, etc. of a vehicle 13 by using inlet positional information of the own vehicle 13 and information indicating positions of a normal charging station 11 and a quick charging station 12.
