<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparator circuit allowing realization of low current consumption, and suppression of increase in current consumption associated with an increase in power supply voltage using a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Individual sources PMOSFET 11 and PMOSFET 12 constituting a current mirror circuit are connected to a power supply Vdd, with the gates of the sources connected to each other. A drain of PMOSFET 11 in diode connection is connected to a drain of NMOSFET 13. A signal V1 is applied to a gate of NMOSFET 13. A drain of PMOSFET 12 is connected to a drain of NMOSFET 14. An output signal Vo is led from the common connection interconnecting the drains of PMOSFET 12 and NMOSFET 14. An input signal V2 is applied to a gate of NMOSFET 14. By determining a value of a signal V1 by means of a constant voltage element, a voltage between both ends of a tail resistance 18 is made constant even when the power supply voltage and/or the input signal V2 are/is varied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
