<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine all positions of at least all maximum poles or all minimum poles that are searched. <P>SOLUTION: A waveform display device 1 includes a processing section 2 configured to perform a storage process for inputting waveform data Ds of a spectrum waveform Ws and storing the waveform data Ds in a storage section 3, and a waveform display process for displaying the spectrum waveform Ws on a display section 5 based on the read waveform data Ds. When inputting the operation instruction Ss for the first search instruction, the processing section 2 searches at least all maximum poles or all minimum poles of the spectrum waveform Ws displayed on the display section 5 based on the waveform data Ds read in the waveform display process.
