<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source follower circuit that can avoid output signal distortion even if a lower overdrive voltage is applied on an input MOS transistor. <P>SOLUTION: The source follower circuit comprises: a transistor (Tr) pair having a MOS Tr1 and Tr2; a Tr pair having a Tr3 whose drain is connected to a source of the Tr1 and an output terminal 17, and a Tr4 whose drain is connected to a source of the Tr2 and an output terminal 18; a Tr7 whose gate and drain are connected to a gate of the Tr3 to form a current mirror with the Tr3; a current source 9 supplying a current to the Tr7 with a connection to the drain of the Tr7; a Tr8 whose gate and drain are connected to a gate of the Tr4 to form a current mirror with the Tr4; a current source 10 supplying a current to the Tr8 with a connection to the drain of the Tr8; a capacitive element 11 connected between the gate of the Tr7 and the output terminal 18; a capacitive element 12 connected between the gate of the Tr8 and the output terminal 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
