<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial torque controller for a dynamometer system that performs stable torque control with quick response by suppressing a resonance gain of a machine system with a small number of adjustable parameters. <P>SOLUTION: A two-inertia machine system model 18 is configured based upon driving torque T1 of an electric motor of a dynamometer, inertia 1/JL×s of a load-side electric motor, spring rigidity K12/s of electric motor inertia and load-side electric motor inertia, and inertia 1/Jsh×s of the electric motor, and a detected value Tsh of axial torque is found. A subtracter 11 subtracts the Tsh from a torque command Tref, and an adder 14 sums up a value obtained by multiplying the output of the subtracter 11 by an integral element KI/s and a value obtained by multiplying the Tsh by a proportional gain K. A value obtained by multiplying an addition output T2 of the adder 14 by a transfer function 1/(ACRfc×s+1) obtained by approximating a frequency response of an inverter for electric motor driving as a primary delay is introduced into the two-inertia machine system model 18 to perform two-inertia axial torque control using KI=(1-K)×2×π×fc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
