<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel zone structure and a method for connecting reinforcement bars, for aseismatic reinforcement by attaching a new column to an existing column, capable of achieving a rigid structure with simple construction work. <P>SOLUTION: When a screw type reinforcement bar 11 of a thick column 1a for reinforcement and a screw type reinforcement bar 12 of a thin column 1b for reinforcement are not in the same vertical line, the panel zone structure and the method for connecting reinforcement bars connect the reinforcement bars 11 and 12 using: joints 21 and 22, which are formed by bending cylinders askew and have open ends with grooves on internal diameter surfaces; and a short screw type reinforcement bar 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
