<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacity turbine in which the turbine efficiency for when the flow-in volume is reduced is improved more than before. <P>SOLUTION: The variable capacity turbine A is provided for variably setting the flow-in volume of a driving gas flowing into a turbine impeller 4 from a scroll flow channel R1 through a plurality of nozzle vanes 5c which are axially supported in the rotation axis direction of the turbine impeller 4.
