<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a substitute power supply device for a secondary battery to test on-vehicle motors, and of the control method of a secondary battery substitution test. <P>SOLUTION: A substitute power supply device for a secondary battery comprises: a power source unit 1 which converts AC voltage from an AC power source 5, through a full-wave rectifier circuit 11, to DC voltage, and which, based on this DC voltage, outputs a voltage as arranged according to a corresponding type of an on-vehicle motor 4 to be tested; a detector 3 for detecting a current which is supplied from the power source unit 1 to the on-vehicle motor 4; a table 22 which stores characteristic data according to a corresponding type of an on-vehicle secondary battery; a control processing part 21 for generating control data to control an output voltage from the power source unit 1, which is based on characteristic data of the on-vehicle secondary battery read from the table 22, on a detected current value from the detector 3, and on rotation information of the on-vehicle motor; and an output control circuit 2 which includes an output control part 23 for controlling the output of the power source unit 1 based on the control data from the control processing part 21. And the substitute power supply device for a secondary battery performs a test according to the corresponding type of the on-vehicle motor 4 and to the corresponding type of the on-vehicle secondary battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
