RESIN COMPOSITION FOR WATER BASE COATING LIQUID, WATER BASE COATING LIQUID CONTAINING THE COMPOSITION DISPERSED THEREIN, AND COMPOSITE FILM HAVING COATING LAYER COATED WITH THE LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a water base coating liquid having excellent adhesiveness, solvent resistance and blocking resistance and, nevertheless, capable of forming an adhesive coating film (primer layer) free from generation of odorous gas in the case of forming the primer layer; the coating liquid containing the resin composition dispersed in the liquid; and a composite film having a coating layer coated with the water base coating liquid.

SOLUTION: There are provided the resin composition for the water base coating liquid comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a binder resin and (B) 1-35 pts.wt. of a cyclic carbodiimide compound having one carbodiimide group and a ring structure formed by bonding a first nitrogen atom to a second nitrogen atom of the carbodiimide group through a linking group; the coating liquid containing the resin composition dispersed in the liquid; and a composite film having a coating layer coated with the water base coating liquid.
