<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutriculture apparatus capable of retaining the uniformity of conditions for a nutrient solution and accompanying conditions for cultivation however long a cultivation tub for nutriculture is, and capable of securely preventing shortage of oxygen in the roots of crops even in the nutriculture of such a type that cultivation beds are floated and moved on the liquid surface of the cultivation tub. <P>SOLUTION: The nutriculture apparatus at least includes the cultivation tub 10 for letting the nutrient solution for crop cultivation flow, and a plurality of cultivation beds 20 disposed on the cultivation tub 10. The nutriculture apparatus is configured to harvest crops grown at a terminal end position of movement by moving the cultivation beds 20 in the longitudinal direction of the cultivation tub 10.
