PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell purification device which selectively collects grouped or agglomerated cells.

SOLUTION: The present invention provides a cell concentration and purification device including: a function to continuously arrange cells in a specific region of a microchannel; a function to simultaneously recognize whether a cell is in a group state or not and emission of fluorescence, on an image basis and in one cell unit; and a function to selectively separate and purify a cell group or a cell mass by recognition based on information of its shape and the emission of fluorescence.
