<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tightly contact and clamp a magnet without fail, using a guard ring made of CFRP, while reducing a processing cost. <P>SOLUTION: Permanent magnets 23a-23d are arranged along a circumferential direction, on the inner peripheral side of a guard ring 24 made of CFRP. The permanent magnet 23a among the permanent magnets is trapezoidal, the permanent magnets 23b and 23c adjoining the trapezoidal permanent magnet 23a have a slope, and the other permanent magnet 23d is square. Under such condition that the trapezoidal permanent magnet 23a is shifted along an axial direction, the guard ring 24 and the permanent magnets 23a-23d are shifted in the axial direction while press-fitted into a rotor core 22. After completion of the press-fitting, by pressing the trapezoidal permanent magnet 23a having been shifted in the axial direction into the guard ring 24, the permanent magnets adjoining each other in the circumferential direction are tightly contacted together, and the guard ring 24 is pressed and spread toward the outside in a radial direction by the permanent magnets 23a-23d to assure a clamping margin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
