<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping floor beam which is excellent in space efficiency, is easily constructed on a job site and has high performance of damping a floor vibration. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration damping floor beam comprises a floor beam body 1 for supporting floor material and a vibration restraining member 3 provided along the longitudinal direction of the floor beam body 1. The vibration restraining member 3 is fixed to only the both ends of the floor beam body 1, and a damping member 5 is provided between the vibration restraining member 3 and the central part of the floor beam body 1.
