<p>A mobile communication method has: a step in which an MME restarts in a state with a bearer for UE set up between an S-GW and a P-GW; a step in which a P/S-CSCF transmits an incoming signal addressed to the UE to the S-GW via the P-GW; a step in which the S-GW notifies the P/S-CSCF of the MME restart via the P-GW; a step in which the P/S-CSCF holds the incoming signal addressed to the UE; and a step in which after the UE is re-registered in an IMS, the P/S-CSCF transmits the held incoming signal addressed to the UE to the S-GW via the P-GW.</p>
