The mechanism section (91) is provided with a switching mechanism (95) which switches between an automatic rotation mode wherein the drum type sieve body (54) is rotated by the rotational force of wheels (53), and a manual rotational mode wherein the drum type sieve body (54) is disconnected from the rotational force of the wheels (53) and is made manually rotatable.
