The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to plant growing, and can be used as a means for regulating the growth of plants and increasing the yield of agricultural crops: berries, cereals, vegetables etc. The novel feature of the fertilizer which comprises a calcium compound and a sulphur compound is that it comprises calcium chloride as the calcium compound and an SH-containing compound as the sulphur compound and additionally comprises dimethylxanthine and lithium chloride in the following ratio of all the components (mass%): calcium chloride 33.5 - 80.4, SH-containing compound 0.5 - 18.5, lithium chloride 7.4 - 30.3, dimethylxanthine 0.9 - 27.5, wherein it comprises dithiothreitol as the SH-containing compound.
